Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement analysis methods and processes for determining the integrity and reliability of plant equipment.
- Facilitate groups of people through reliability review meetings and Root Cause Analysis sessions.
- Provide basic training and coaching in reliability principles and lead and manage the reliability maintenance program.
- Ensure the right people, tools, equipment, materials, and procedures are in place to maintain every area on the Ashtabula plant site at acceptable levels.
