Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Instrumentation and Electrical Systems Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical and instrumentation systems, ensuring the safe operation of our plant.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain/repair manufacturing equipment in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and process
- Utilize computer systems to obtain spare parts for equipment repairs
- Complete documentation as required
- Participate in training and development activities
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent required; technical associates degree a plus
- A minimum of five years' experience in electrical and/or instrumentation
- Previous chemical plant experience a plus
- Excellent communications skills
- Computer skills using Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work rotating shift schedule
- Physically capable of climbing stairs and ladders
- Able to work in outdoor environment in all seasonal weather extremes
