We are seeking a highly skilled Production Optimization Expert to join our team at INEOS Pigments USA. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing unit processes/operations and driving continuous improvement consistent with Unit goals and Company strategy.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Track performance vs target and investigate deviations
- Implement solutions in a timely manner
- Collaborate with operators and other functional groups to optimize plant operations and drive continuous improvement
You will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; preferably in Chemical Engineering, and 1 years of related chemical engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
