Inergroup is hiring immediately for Warehouse Quality Assurance Lead jobs in Irving, TX. As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for executing all quality procedures, inspections, and required laboratory test to ensure products meet or exceed the written specifications. Weekly pay starting at $18/hr. and great benefits available.
Responsibilities:
Inergroup is hiring immediately for Warehouse Quality Assurance Lead jobs in Irving, TX. As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for executing all quality procedures, inspections, and required laboratory test to ensure products meet or exceed the written specifications. Weekly pay starting at $18/hr. and great benefits available.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure at all times, the food safety and quality of the product, including the monitoring of the CCP
- Perform pre-ops checks
- Follow the Good Laboratory Practices
- Perform physical and analytical test to: masa, tortilla, chips, raw materials, ingredients and finished products.
- Perform Non-GMO test to raw materials (corn)
- Perform Gluten Test to finished products
- Ensure the pH of the waste water going to the city
- Training of the new employees on GMP’s
- Other tasks assigned by the Quality Control Supervisor
- Coordinates changes with operators to make changes to ensure specifications are being met.
- Leads, audits, and ensures GMP’s are being followed at all times and provides supervisors with non-conformities.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
- Quality Assurance work experience
- Previous experience working in food production
- Demonstrated ability to complete and review very detailed and sensitive documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
Schedule – We currently have openings on Third Shift:
- Monday – Friday
- 10:00pm – 6:30am
