Inergroup is hiring immediately for Administrative Assistant jobs in Hebron, KY. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Account Management Team in the preparation of Customer Projects. You will work with various departments including Production, Warehouse, Fulfillment, and Quality. The Administrative Assistant works with minimal supervision and is responsible for making a minimal range of decisions, escalating to the Account Management Team/Head of Account Management when appropriate.
Weekly pay starting at $21/hr and great benefits are available!
Responsibilities:
- Manage reporting for inventory, production, shipping, and other departments
- Scheduling of Inbound Trucks
- Use WMS to create: Bill of Material, Projects, and Ship Orders.
- Communicate as required externally to customers to assist with meeting their needs
- Attend meetings, manage administrative aspects of customer interaction
- Create reports as requested by various departments
- Preparation of internal documentation
- Maintain confidential information
- Actively participate in new technology introductions and/or implementations
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor with internal team and external clients
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Schedule – First Shift:
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00am - 4:30pm
