Hiring Immediately – Assistant Machine Operator – Paris, TX:
Inergroup is hiring immediately for Manufacturing Machine Operator jobs in Paris, TX. As an Assistant Machine Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the machine always runs at the highest efficiency, with the lowest downtime, highest reliability, sealing the bags completely and with net weights as close as possible to the target. Weekly pay starting at $17 -$20/hr and great benefits available.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that each line under your assignment has staffing coverage and to fill in when necessary to complete line staffing including running an assigned line in a staffing shortage.
- Train line staff in proper operations of each line and ensure staff is performing assigned tasks properly. Report to supervisor if line staff unwilling to cooperate.
- Ensure each line is running at optimum or elevate to the next level for maximum performance.
- Follow the machine user manual to operate the machine.
Requirements:
- Machine Operators must have at least 3 years of prior manufacturing, machine operating experience
- Must be able to stand for entire shift and consistently lift up to 40lbs
- Machines can get hot, so must be comfortable working in warm environment
Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday
- 6am - 6:30 PM
- Some mandatory overtime and weekends required
