This can include assisting with the administration of temp staffing, recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. Weekly pay starting at $20/hr and great benefits available!

Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1-2 years of professional experience in an HR role preferred
- Bilingual with ability to communicate in English and Spanish
- Previous experience with temporary staffing preferred
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and attendance
- Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Utilizes the applicant tracking system to identify and recruit candidates, and places job advertising in various media sources.
- Reviews applications/resumes and facilitates phone interviews with applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements.
- Processes background checks and associate employment verifications
- Conducts new hire orientation and assists with the execution of associate recognition programs and culture events.
- Maintains personnel files in compliance with records retention policy and applicable legal requirements.
- Maintains HRIS database with associate information; ensures timely entry of employee and payroll related information and generates reports, as required.
- Manages the employee off–boarding process, prepares employee separation notices and related documentation and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
- Must be able to work Saturday or Sunday
