This role is critical in ensuring seamless coordination, efficient operations, and exceptional client and candidate experiences. Salary:
Starting Salary of $55,000/year and great benefits available!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with client stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for all staffing-related matters.
- Onsite Staffing Oversight: Manage daily staffing operations at the client's location, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources, adherence to client requirements, and timely problem resolution.
- Recruitment and Talent Management: Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify, source, and onboard qualified candidates to meet client demands. Conduct interviews and assessments as necessary.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of onsite staff, providing coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans as needed.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all staffing activities, including hiring, onboarding, and documentation, comply with company policies, client requirements, and legal regulations. Generate regular reports on staffing metrics.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve staffing-related issues and challenges promptly, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Production Management: Review daily production orders and schedules to provide smooth workflows and the successful achievement of the production goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance onsite staffing processes, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual with ability to communicate effectively in
- Proven experience in staffing, workforce management, or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Exceptional client relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
- High level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
- Bilingual with ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is a plus
