Inergroup is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Warehouse Production Workers in Fairfield, OH. As a Warehouse Production Worker at Inergroup, you will be an integral part of our operation, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of our warehouse activities. Your primary responsibilities will include inspecting products for defects, packing and preparing items for shipping, and performing other general labor tasks.
This Warehouse Production Worker job offers weekly pay starting at $18 per hour and great benefits are available.
Responsibilities:
- Review the inventory for packaging supplies and reorder as necessary.
- Replenish totes throughout the warehouse as needed
- Prep and wrap pallets using automated pallet wrap and pallet jacks
- Transfer packages from our shippers to designated consolidation areas
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to optimize efficiency.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of stand-up forklift experience
- Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Must be capable of standing for the entire duration of the shift and walking throughout the warehouse.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to attendance.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Comfortable with using a ladder, heights of 10' are not a problem for you.
- Capable of lifting boxes that weigh up to 30lbs

- Monday - Friday
- 7:00am - 3:30pm
