As a Behavior Technician you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement life-changing care in-home. You’ll work one-on-one with our patient families, helping children learn new skills and reach new milestones.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

- Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home setting
- Collect and record data on child behaviors
- Work closely with BCBAs and help build the best treatment plans
- Attend team meetings as designated to share your weekly experience, collaborate with other team members and provide feedback for how we can improve

- Minimum high-school degree or equivalent - ideally looking for candidates interested in pursuing careers within child care
- Experience working with children, and a passion for working with children with special needs
- Reliable Transportation
- Proof of completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course
- Pass RBT Certification within 90 days of hire (we will help you study)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time
- Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time
