- Collect and record therapy data for treatment goals.
- High school diploma (or equivalent).
- Experience working with young children (ages 2-6) is required
- Experience or willingness to work with high-aggression clients (e.g., teens with severe behaviors)
- Reliable transportation & ability to work in-home with families.
- Active RBT & CPR certification (preferred, but we will train!).
- Completion of a 40-hour RBT training course within required training period.
- Ability to pass a background check (requirement).
- Must be able to legally work in the US.
- Maintain active postures (kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting) for extended periods.
- Work on the floor or standing as needed.
