Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors during therapy sessions
• Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency in treatment approach
• Support individuals in developing and improving social, communication, and daily living skills
• Use positive reinforcement techniques to promote desired behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients during therapy sessions
  
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
• Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior intervention plans accurately
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations as needed
• Ability to pass a background check
