- Utilize positive reinforcement techniques to encourage positive behaviors.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate with families.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.
- Required: Availability to work at least 15 hours per week, Monday-Friday, between 3:00 PM and 7:30 PM.
- Required: Previous experience working with children and/or teens.
- Preferred: Experience working with neurodivergent individuals (Autism, ADHD).
- Preferred: Enrollment or completion of coursework in Child Development, Psychology, Education, Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or related field.
- Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior management techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to meet physical requirements (lifting, sitting, standing, kneeling).
- Ability to use computer and tablet devices.
- Experience with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Understanding of special education and IEPs.
- Familiarity with behavioral health interventions.
- Teaching through play-based activities.

Salary : $18 - $22
