Inesscents® is a woman owned organic skin care company based in Southern Oregon. We focus on high quality organic ingredients and have a passion for making plant medicine for the skin. We pride ourselves on doing everything in-house; from manufacturing our products to order fulfillment.
We have an immediate opening for a Sales Support Specialist to join our amazing team. We are looking for a multifaceted diamond, someone with a creative spark that also loves Data Management and Excel. We are looking for someone who can think outside the box as well as know how to and can follow existing policies and procedures. This person can quickly pick up on and learn what they have not done before with ease and grace and can help others do the same. We are aware we are asking for someone special.
With their bright and sunny disposition this person will work with the Owner and the Operational Manager to assist in ensuring the smooth flow of daily activities.
This position is ideal for a candidate who wants to work for a small company that has a passion for our environment, industry transparency, and integrity as its center.
The Sales Support Specialist position is a crucial position that will support the long-term plans for the company. First and foremost, we are looking for someone with a spark of magic, who can support our team with heart and bring inspiration, value, clarity, and ease to the workplace.
This role requires being highly organized and a clear communicator. This person must be someone that truly loves building relationships, working with spreadsheets, and managing data. While this position is not just a data management position, there is enough of it that you must truly have a passion and love for it.
Our ideal candidate should have experience in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
Objectives:

Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Administrative organization and maintenance of files.
- Manages pricing, promotions, and internal company data.
- Is highly organized and able to track and meet multiple deadlines.
Requirements & Skills:
- Flexible, strategic team player with high integrity and ethical standards.
- Independent, detail oriented and highly organized with excellent follow-through.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Prior experience with QuickBooks.
- Proven success in a sales/admin role.
- Love for data management and spreadsheets.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Interpersonal problem solving and critical thinking skills.
