Must be AHA BLS certified
Current nursing licensure should be verified through Nursys
License / Certificate Verification is mandatory
Various exams and checklists need to be completed, including Ascension Pharmacology Exam and Ascension EKG Exam
Health Statement and Fit Test are required
Additional Details
Ascension Onboarding Requirements include education attestation
MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon / Tspot), Varicella, and Tdap vaccinations are necessary
Driver's License / State ID, Ascension 2 Professional References, Ascension Criminal Background Check Results, and other Professional credentials need to be provided
