Job Summary
inExhaust is an industrial silencer & exhaust systems manufacturer located in Lincoln, Nebraska. We are looking for motivated individuals who will make a positive impact on our company and share the excitement of our successes as we continue to grow. A Product Specialist is responsible for creating quotes based on the specific needs of our customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers and channel partners to create quotes based on customer’s specific needs, verifying that all information is correct
- Understanding our product features, functionalities, and limitations to effectively serve our customers
- Evaluating raw costs and pricing by using available data and resources
- Submitting order specifications to all applicable departments for on-time processing
- Collaborating with team members to ensure successful project completion
- Maintaining and updating shared records of orders and quotes
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in customer service/sales
- Experience in creating 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD or SolidWorks is a plus
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics
- Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Excel
- QuickBooks
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Prioritizing and multi-tasking while meeting deadlines
