Door to Door Sales Representative

Job Overview:

As a Lead Generator / Door-to-Door Salesperson, you will be the face of our company, engaging with potential customers in their homes to generate interest in our tree care services. Your primary goal will be to go door-to-door, identify and qualify leads, and help drive our sales efforts forward. This role is perfect for someone who is outgoing, persuasive, and eager to earn competitive commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Canvass residential neighborhoods to introduce our tree care services to homeowners and businesses.

• Customer Engagement: Engage potential customers in friendly, informative conversations about their tree care needs and how our services can benefit them.

• Sales Support: Provide accurate information to the sales team to ensure smooth follow-ups and successful sales conversions.

• Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in door-to-door sales, lead generation, or a similar customer-facing role is a plus, but not required.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

• Persistence: Strong work ethic with the ability to handle rejection and keep pushing forward.

• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies and techniques.

• Driver’s License: This is a requirement.
