Infectious Disease Consultants is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (PA or APRN) to join our private practice. The APP will manage their own clinic schedule, primarily seeing established patients for follow-up after hospitalization and ongoing care, ensuring continuity of the physician-directed treatment plan.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct follow-up visits for established patients post-hospitalization and ongoing care.
- Collaborate with physicians to implement and monitor treatment plans.
- Educate patients on disease management, medications, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
- Participate in one weekend per month of hospital rounding.
- Cover two holidays per year as part of the call schedule.
Qualifications:
- Licensed PA or APRN with active certification.
- Experience in infectious disease or related specialties is ideal.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.
