Job Title: RN PACU -- Days
Location: Herrin, IL 62948
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 0900-1930 4 days a week/ day off will rotate depending on call schedule to allow for post call day off. On call requirements- every 3-4 days
Will float to sister facilities if needed
Hours a week: 40

- Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
- Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates an individual plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team.
- Provides explanations and instructions to patient/responsible person.
- Demonstrate ability to use nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition.
- Contribute to a healthy workplace environment by managing conflict using professional communication skills.
- Meets Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care.
- Participate in continuing education.
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records.
Licenses and Certification, Experience:
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse license
- Current CPR/BLS Card
- ACLS
- EPIC
- Covid Card
- 2 years of PACU RN experience.
