Please note: if the employee works 36 hours they will be paid 36 hours. If they leave early or take time off they will not be paid for that time. Overtime MUST be approved ahead of time by the unit manager.
"Extremely low Nurse to patient ratios at our rural facility. Very supportive nurse management team. Duties include medication pass for 10 Residents and skin checks. Lots of time to focus on 1:1 activities and outdoor garden time with Residents."
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current RN license within the state of practice.
- Current AHA BLS Certification.
- Minimum of a year of experience as an LTC RN
- EMR used: Meditech
