Position: LPN CLINIC
Location: Waimea, HI 96796
Duration: 13 weeks
SHIFTS: Monday to Friday 8 to 5 maybe 6pm also willing to cover other clinic in case of need
Hours a week: this assignment will work 80 hours every 2 weeks; no exceptions*

Qualifications:
- We need LPNs that have worked in Clinic setting before , with 2 years of experience
- Family Practice / Behavior Health/ Internal Medicine etc
- Cerner EMR
- LPN license in HI
- BLS and ACLS certifications
