Position: Infusion/Oncology Nurse
Location: Scottsbluff, NE 69361

Patient population includes oncology patients undergoing chemotherapy and supportive care, other types of treatments can include non-chemotherapy infusions for autoimmune diseases, iron replacement and blood products. The Infusion Center consists of 14 chairs and a Fast Track area including 3 chairs. The acuity scale is utilized for staffing. Nurses work closely with oncology providers.
Summary
As an Infusion/Oncology RN, you will be integral to delivering high-quality patient care in a specialized setting. Reporting to the Nurse Manager, your primary responsibilities will include administering chemotherapy and other infusion therapies, conducting patient assessments, and managing IV insertions. Your core skills in catheterization and EMR systems will be essential, while your premium experience with Epic and critical care will enhance patient outcomes. With a strong foundation in physiology and patient care, you will ensure a supportive environment for patients undergoing treatment, contributing to their overall well-being and recovery.
Qualifications:
- ONS/ANCC Certification is REQUIRED;
- BLS REQUIRED; ACLS REQUIRED
- Epic EMR
- RN license in NE
- A minimum of 1 years Oncology Nurse, Infusion RN experience.
