About the Role
This position is responsible for leading the development, launch, and ongoing success of products, ensuring they meet customer needs, align with business objectives, and maintain a competitive edge in the market. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, technical understanding, user-centric design thinking, and cross-functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features based on business impact and customer needs.
Product Development
- Write clear, detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that outline functionality, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Define and manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to sunset.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams for go-to-market strategies and product launches.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and customers to iterate and improve the product. User-Centric Focus
- Develop a deep understanding of the target audience and their pain points.
- Use data analytics and user feedback to make informed decisions about product enhancements.
- Ensure the product delivers exceptional user experiences and solves real problems.
Performance Monitoring
- Define success metrics and KPIs for product features and overall performance.
- Monitor product performance and customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement.
- Drive post-launch analyses to measure impact and refine future strategies.
Qualifications
- 3 years of product management and/or Product Design.
- 3 years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, and user research teams
- Experience navigating the full product life-cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution.
- Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience.
- Experience presenting to senior executive audiences.
