Position Overview

INFI is seeking a VP of Finance to be the financial backbone of our high-growth journey. This role is critical for driving data-driven decision-making, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring financial discipline as we scale. Youll own budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy while fostering a culture of fiscal accountability across teams. Reporting directly to the CEO, youll act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, translating financial insights into actionable plans to fuel growth and meet aggressive goals.

Key Responsibilities Financial Strategy & Scaling

  • Lead financial planning (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling to support rapid scaling.
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to provide real-time insights into unit economics, customer acquisition costs, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team to evaluate growth opportunities (e.g., new markets, product lines, M&A).
  • Manage investor relations, ensuring transparency with VC partners and preparing materials for board updates.

Operational Excellence

  • Streamline financial processes (billing, payroll, AP / AR) to improve accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Implement scalable systems (e.g., ERP, BI tools) to support hypergrowth and maintain compliance with GAAP.
  • Oversee cash flow management, ensuring liquidity for strategic investments while maintaining runway targets.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising innovation or customer experience.

    • Team & Culture Leadership

  • Build and mentor a lean, high-impact finance team aligned with INFIs scrappy, entrepreneurial culture.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Product, Sales, and Operations to align financial goals with execution.
  • Champion a data-first mindset, empowering teams to leverage financial insights for decision-making.

    • Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure robust internal controls and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Mitigate risks related to rapid scaling, international expansion (if applicable), and market volatility.

    • Qualifications Must-Haves

  • 10 years of finance leadership experience, with 3 years in a high-growth SaaS / tech startup or VC-backed environment.
  • Proven track record of scaling financial operations in a company transitioning from startup to mid-market.
  • Expertise in FP&A, budgeting, and SaaS metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, churn, ARR).
  • Strong proficiency in financial tools (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Tableau) and Excel / Google Sheets wizardry.
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
