Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with prior warehouse experience who is eager to take initiative, improve operational efficiency, and grow alongside our company. In addition to handling traditional warehouse responsibilities, you will also play a hands-on role in the installation of our self-service kiosks at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations:
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Track inventory levels and assist in inventory management processes.
Process Improvement:
- Identify inefficiencies in current warehouse operations and propose solutions to optimize workflow.
- Assist in developing and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Work closely with management to implement new tools or practices for improved efficiency.
Kiosk Installation Support:
- Assist with the assembly, testing, and preparation of kiosks prior to installation.
- Travel to customer sites to help with kiosk delivery, setup, and installation.
- Ensure high-quality service and professionalism during installations.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, including Customer Success and Implementation, to align warehouse operations with overall company goals.
- Provide feedback to improve packaging and logistics for better customer outcomes.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
- Experience with inventory management systems and process improvement is a plus.
Skills & Traits:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to travel for kiosk installations as needed.
Technical Knowledge:
- Familiarity with basic tools and equipment used in kiosk assembly and installation.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
