LPN LTC - Immediate Start

Job Title: LPN LTC
Assignment Length: 13 weeks with possible extension
Location: Mauston, WI
Shift: NOC shifts 10pm-6:30am Week 1: Saturday - Wednesday Week 2: Sunday - Thursday Every other weekend Rotating holidays guaranteed hours: 36
Pay Rate: $57/hour

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse position assesses and passes medication to residents, reports to physician any changes they have, reports to charge nurse, updates family members, and assists CNAs..

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administer medications to residents while following the 5 Rights.
• Report any allegations of abuse, neglect and misappropriation to Director of Nursing and Administrator.
• Report any change in condition to the charge nurse.
• Assist CNAs with answering call lights and other responsibilities.
• Update physicians, family members, etc. of change in condition as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Experience:

• 1 year experience working as an LPN.

Job Requirements:

• Active WI LPN License
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (preferably from AHA)
• Fully Vaccinated against Covid-19
