Assignment Length: 13 weeks with possible extension
Location: Meeker, CO
Shift: Nights
Pay Rate: $46/hour
**RADIUS RULE: Traveler’s perm address must be at least 65 miles away from our facility**
**SHARED HOUSING AVAILABLE**
Job Requirements:
- LTC experience required
- Active CO LPN License
- Current BLS Certification
- Fully Vaccinated against Covid-19
