We are seeking an accomplished Nurse Manager for our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Critical Care Unit (CCU) to lead our dedicated team in delivering exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for planning, directing, and coordinating departmental activities to meet objectives.
• Oversee operations of the assigned department(s), focusing on personnel management, budget planning, and system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and engage in strategic planning to drive departmental success.
