LPN LTC

Duration: 13 weeks (Extension Possible), full-time (On-site)

Shift: Schedule is 6p-630 am, rotating 12-hour shifts (Example: work Saturday Sunday Monday, off Tuesday Wednesday, work Thursday Friday, off Saturday Sunday Monday)

Pay Rate: $28-32/hour on W2 benefits

Requirements

• Perform the LPN duties assigned by the facility.
• Minimum 1-year LTC- Long Term Care, LTAC- Long Term Acute Care, or similar facility
• American Heart Association BLS/BCLS certification
• Current LPN License- LA/Multistate
• Covid Vaccination Card/Exemption

• Educational/in-service (Via Relias) within past year
• Dementia education/Inservice copies of:
• Blood borne pathogen
• Infection prevention and Control
• Abuse/neglect
• Drug Screen
• Background (via approved LA State Police Co. listed on contract)
