Job Title: RN Case Manager

Job Location: Syracuse, NY 13210

Shift: Days (8-hour). 40 hours/week.

Duration: 13 Weeks Contract, Possible extension

Pay Rate: $65/hr. on W2 benefits

Job Requirements: Current New York State License. Certified in BLS and able to be recertified. RN-Case Manager/Utilization Review/CDI. Must have experience in EPIC and acute care hospital case management. Preferred experience: ED CM. Recent experience (within past 2 years) in an acute care facility of similar size and level as Hospital.
