Job Title: RN - Progressive Care Unit/PCU
Job Location: West Bloomfield, MI 48322
Shift: Nights (7PM-7:30AM). Scheduling based on unit needs. Every other weekend required. Not able to accommodate block scheduling. No Call. 36 hours/week.
Duration: 12-week contract, possible extension
Pay Rate: $58-59/hr. on W2 benefits

ACLS and BLS required. At least one year of PCU/Step Down experience. Must have telemetry experience. 12 bed unit. 3-4:1 ratio. 12 Week contract to cover LOA. Active license for State of MI. Schedule: *2-positions @ 7pm-730am
Job Summary
Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.
