Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department (ED), adult behavioral health unit, and Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
- Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to high standards of nursing practice.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and support efficient operations.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health management strategies.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse patient populations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in telemetry nursing is preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Prior experience in Med-Surg or Tele nursing is preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
- 1-2 years of nursing experience in a relevant setting preferred.
- Competitive hourly pay of $68.
- Gross weekly earnings of $2,448.
- Initial 13-week contract with the potential for extension.
- Night shift differentials apply for this position.
