This role involves troubleshooting data-related issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing solutions to minimize downtime. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer or similar marketing automation platforms as Data Engineer.

- Manage and query data using strong SQL skills
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes and configurations
- Handle incidents related to AJO admin activities such as user access management and channel issues
- Monitor the platform daily, report any issues identified, analyze them, and fix them within agreed SLAs
Requirements:
- Strong SQL skills to manage and query data ensuring data accuracy and integrity for campaigns
- Good understanding of how to read personalization fields within communication templates
- Ability to troubleshoot data-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform RT-CDP and Adobe Campaign is a plus
