Job Title: EUC/Desktop Support L2
This role involves providing end-user computing support and delivery of agreed services to internal users. The ideal candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and know-how to collaborate effectively with domain experts and IT leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides end-user computing support to internal users.
- Provides support and delivery to approved applications and services.
- Supports mobile devices (phones and tablets).
Technical Requirements:
- Expert-level experience in installing and building machines, especially with Window 11.
- Knowledge of SCCM, ServiceNow ticketing tool, and endpoint management software.
- Experience with Configuration Management, MDM, and deployment methods using SCCM and Intune.
Additional Skills:
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Good understanding of Windows 10 new features, feature updates, and industry best practices.
- Understanding of Microsoft Patching Cycles & Policies, best practice processes.
Required Experience:
- 6 years' experience in customer service and support of Windows Operating systems in a global enterprise environment.
- 4 years of experience with configuration management, MDM, and deployment methods using SCCM and Intune.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active technical certifications.
- ITIL-Foundation and Agile experience.
