Job Description:
- Lead the design and development of scalable web applications.
- Ensure compliance with software standards and drive technical vision.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including offshore associates.
- Conduct root cause analysis and optimize application performance.
- Contribute to high-level system design and roadmap planning.
- 5 years of hands-on experience in Node.js, React, JavaScript, and Redux.
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript, Jest, and Git.
- Expertise in designing complex systems and delivering under tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in the Retail domain is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
