Position: Incident Manager
Location: Cincinnati, OH

Assessment and Planning:
- Conduct a thorough assessment of our current incident response capabilities, including policies, procedures, and tools.
- Perform a gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current capabilities and NIST CSF requirements.
- Evaluate potential risks and their impact on the organization.
Development of the Incident Response Plan:
- Create or update incident response policies and procedures to align with NIST CSF.
- Define and document the roles and responsibilities for the incident response team.
- Develop processes for the incident response lifecycle, including preparation, detection, analysis, containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident activities.
Implementation:
- Select and configure tools required for incident detection, analysis, and response.
- Ensure integration with existing security infrastructure and tools.
- Provide training for the incident response team and relevant stakeholders.
Testing and Validation:
- Conduct tabletop exercises to simulate incident scenarios and test the response plan.
- Perform live drills to validate the effectiveness of the incident response plan in real-world conditions.
- Collect feedback from exercises and drills to refine and improve the incident response plan.
