Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic, motivated Nurse Manager for our Case Management Department to manage the daily operations of the Care Management department staff and to provide effective and efficient discharge planning services to patients in accordance with policies, procedures, regulatory requirements consistent with us.

Requirements
Delaware RN License or compact state RN License
BLS AHA
Covid Vaccination Card
Bachelor's degree required.
MSN or MBA preferred.
Five years' experience in Case Management in an Acute Care hospital setting is preferred.
Three years supervisory/management experience preferred.
