Knowledge, skills, education, and / or experience
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, public health, or a related field.
- Experience in program management and oversight within mental health services.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to coordinate multiple service lines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Some experience in data analysis and reporting to monitor program performance.
- Familiarity with state regulations and compliance requirements related to mental health services.
Mandatory skills / certification(s) Requirement :
Minimum of two years of experience in mental health program management or a related field.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.Strong leadership skills to oversee program implementation and staff coordination.Proficiency in standard office software and data management systems.Knowledge of confidentiality laws and ethical standards in handling sensitive client information.Desired skills :
Experience with program development and evaluation in mental health services.Familiarity with the Arrive Together Program and coordination with law enforcement agencies.Ability to identify issues proactively and develop effective solutions.Experience working with peer support models and family support programs.Strong analytical skills for interpreting program data and making informed decisions.Duties / Responsibilities :
Assist in the oversight and management of Early Intervention Support Services (EISS), Acute Care Family Support programs, and Peer Support Initiatives.Coordinate program activities and ensure alignment with departmental goals and compliance standards.Collaborate with the Supervisor and Manager of IDP and Acute Care Services to monitor program performance and implement improvements.Serve as a liaison between service providers, stakeholders, and the department to facilitate effective communication.Prepare reports, analyze data, and present findings related to program outcomes and objectives.Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions relevant to the service lines.Ensure all activities comply with state regulations and confidentiality requirements.
