Job Title : RN Case Manager

Job Location : Syracuse, NY 13210

Shift : Days (8-hour). 40 hours / week.

Duration : 13 Weeks Contract, Possible extension

Pay Rate : $65 / hr. on W2 benefits

Job Requirements : Current New York State License. Certified in BLS and able to be recertified. RN-Case Manager / Utilization Review / CDI. Must have experience in EPIC and acute care hospital case management. Preferred experience : ED CM. Recent experience (within past 2 years) in an acute care facility of similar size and level as Hospital.
