Duration: 13 Weeks Contract, possible extension

Pay Rate: $90-95/hr. on W2 benefits

Job Requirements: Current Massachusetts RN license (in good standing). Current BLS. Education Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent). Advanced Med/Surg Tele experience required. Critical care nursing experience preferred. 3 years relevant healthcare experience required, including progressive leadership responsibilities. EMR (Charting system): EPIC.

Description: *** Nursing Supervisor 32hrs Nights and EOW *** MUST BE ABLE TO READ TELE STRIPS AND PERFORM CARDIAC DRIPS *** This position is responsible for the daily operations of the Patient Care Services departments, working collaboratively with the Admitting Office and overall hospital functions on off-shifts, weekends, and holidays. Interacts with nursing/patient Care Services staff and staff of other departments to facilitate patient care. Provides administrative and clinical support to the nursing staff primarily on off-shifts, weekends, and holidays in the absence of the Clinical Nursing Leadership. Skills Required: Must be able to read Tele Strips, perform Cardiac Drips, titrate meds. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and courteously with a diverse group of people. Demonstrated leadership abilities; able to work under stressful situations; able to effectively work in a changing environment. Advanced clinical skills and demonstrates strong decision-making abilities.
