Key Skill : - Contact Center (IVR / BOT / Telephony / Omnichennel etc), Business Analysis, data modeling, Data warehousing.
Requirement : -
- Strong documentation skills in Visio,
- User Interface design - IVR UI development experience or BOT development experience,
- Previous development and / or application architecture experience,
- Healthcare Knowledge
- Contact Center Knowledge a plus
- Basic understanding of data engineering principles and ETL processes
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into data analysis requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights effectively
