Position : SAP-FICO Functional Support Analyst
Location : Brea, CA (Onsite Preferred but Remote is also fine)

Job Description :
- Finance / Controlling :
- o Provide expertise within the FICO modules and integration to other SAP modules and external systems.
- o Support the business during the implementation and the knowledge transfer of the business processes.
- o Responsible for SAP projects and act as SME for any other project impacting Finance processes.
- o Work with business functions experts and managers to prioritize plan and implement improvements and enhancements in the supported processes and business solutions.
- o Provide and supervise documentation.
- o Provide first and second level support for all the issues related to the application owned.
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials and Controlling to enhance the clients' business
- o Design, configuration, implementation and support of all FI / CO modules in alignment with the FICO Team Lead
- o Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting : investigates, analyses, and solves software problems and maps client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs (Handle Day to day production issues in all FI and CO Modules globally.- Report Bugs / issues with SAP as part of support process. - Handle Enhancements, Coordination with Developers. - Handle Interface issues, resolving issues with IDOCS. - Support provided Globally for 42 company codes, all regions with local legal requirements. - Support Payment run issues with various XML files globally (around 15 banks) and payment media forms. - Dealt with intercompany transactions, billing and flow of these documents [SD, FI, MM] in to CO-PA. - Create unit and integration test scenarios, execute the scenarios, and resolve configuration and process issues that might occur during testing.)
