About the Role :
Reporting to the General Manager of the Media Business, the VP of Client Partnerships for MediaMath will be responsible for developing Agency and Client relationships within multiple verticals for Infillion's programmatic offerings. The successful individual will be responsible for managing individual sellers, managing compensation plans, and ensuring success against the business units financial and strategic goals.
What you'll be doing :
- Lead a team of sellers responsible for a defined book of business, inclusive of approximately 250 top-tier advertisers and agencies.
- Hire, train, inspire and retain a team of high-functioning sellers focused on building a pipeline and closing new business across Infillion's full suite of solutions
- Establish deep relationships with direct clients, agencies and C-level marketers for the largest advertisers in region
- Represent Infillion as thought leader at relevant regional industry events.
- Deliver against set KPIs and collaborate with sales operations and account strategy teams in setting individual goals, forecasting revenue regional revenue and budgeting for future needs of the business.
- Evangelize the Infillion value proposition and solution-sell Infillion offerings by honing in on client specific needs, challenges and trends.
- Ensure detailed and accurate qualification of advertiser while selling / up-selling to long term uncapped budgets.
- Work with a broad range of internal teams (Account Strategy, Marketing, Legal, Integration and Traffic teams) to support the sales efforts.
- Spearhead the development of and dialogue around complex, custom solutions for clients with assistance from Ops, Product and other teams.
