We are a 24/7 transportation company searching for an operations manager. We have ambulances, paratransit vans, minivans, and sedans all across the state of PA.

Leadership
- Oversees the daily operations
- Lead, mentor, and develop teams to perform to the best of their ability
- Employee hiring, firing, and coaching
- Plans and leads daily team briefings
Client Relationship
- Responsible for meeting customer needs and exceeding them
- Responsible for finding new customers and developing the brand and reputation
Financial Performance
- Manage a full profit and loss (P&L)
- Delivers on financial targets
Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
- Requires at least 8 years of experience in transportation and logistics
- Requires at least 3 years of experience in a management role
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to manage as part of a larger team or manage a function independently and without direct supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual preferred, but not required

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
