Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:
Minimum of $104,400 salary per year
Maximum of $143,550 salary per year
In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.

In Your New Role You Will
- Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing personal rapport with customers.
- Communicate customer requirements to Infineon product lines for incorporation into Power, Embedded, Security and Wireless/IoT products plans
- Map customer requirements to Infineon solutions and create high-impact proposals to win.
- Contribute to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-term opportunities for business engagement improvements.
- Maintain and grow personal product knowledge by utilizing both Infineon and outside training programs where appropriate.
- 3-5 years-experience as a field sales engineer or a related role in sales or engineering.
- BS degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with customer engineering and purchasing contacts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in simplified form.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in semiconductor hardware systems and software.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
