Infineon is looking for a Product Applications Engineer to join ourInternet-of-Things Compute & Wireless (ICW) business unit in Lynnwood,Washington. As a member of the Microcontroller product line applicationsteam, you will work closely with the Marketing, Software and Designteams, as well as across division and business lines, in support of ourrapidly growing microcontroller product portfolio, including PSOC™programmable system-on-chip mixed-signal controllers and other Arm-based microcontroller families. You will drive the definition and developmentof new application and solution technologies, engage with strategic leadcustomers, and push the organization on product ease-of-use andcontinuous improvement.
Job description :
In your new role you will :
- Contribute to major product cross-functional teams for both chipand solution development
- Prototype and produce requirements definitions for new application and solutions
- Produce content in support of new PSoC and microcontroller products, including :
- Embedded software demonstrating product and solutioncapabilities
- Hardware designs including schematic, layout and componentselection
- Analog and digital system-level designs
- Technical documentation such as datasheets, technical reference manuals, application notes and knowledge base articles
- Technical training for external customers and Infineon Sales, Marketing and Applications
- Enable customer design-in of products and solutions through architectural collaboration, technical support, training and failureanalysis
- Gather customer and personal feedback on product, tool andcontent performance, features and usability; Brings consolidatedrecommendations for improvement to the organization in a constructivefashion
- Establish and maintain relationships with other internal functional teams (Marketing, Software, R&D) through regular rounds of experience exchange and sharing of knowledge

Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate :
Minimum of $ 150,000 per year and maximum of $ 206,300 per year
In addition, all full-time employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan
