PRINCIPAL ENGINEER / SR. MANAGER DIGITAL DESIGN

In your new role you will :

  • Play a key role in the development of digital controllers for DCDC converter applications
  • Be responsible for all aspects of digital IC design, from platform architecture to RTL design and verification
  • Manage a small to medium size digital design and verification team, providing direction, mentoring, and leadership
  • Oversee physical design, backend implementation, timing closure and DFT flow
  • Be responsible for resource pipeline balancing, projects staffing and team coordination
  • Establish methodologies to ensure product quality and project execution

You are best equipped for this task if you have :

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or similar technical field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in digital IC design
  • Proven ability to lead successful products to high volume production
  • Experience with DSP or implementation of digital control algorithms, preferably for SMPS
  • Experience with microcontroller and microprocessor-based designs. Experience with ARM-based or RISC-V processors, IP and busarchitectures is a plus.
  • Very good understanding of synthesis, timing closure, DFT flow(SCAN / IDDQ / MBIST), physical design and IR drop
  • Hands-on experience in the development of ATE patters for digital andmixed-signal designs, and support of ATE activity including test pattern debug and test time reduction.
  • Experience with embedded FW development is an added advantage
  • Strong communication skills and ability to establish lasting relationships and networks
  • You enjoy developing your leadership skills and working on your team’s development

    Wage Range that the Company expects to pay for a qualified candidate :

    Minimum of $169,150 salary per year

    Maximum of $218,900 salary per year

    In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
