What are the responsibilities and job description for the PRINCIPAL ENGINEER / SR. MANAGER DIGITAL DESIGN position at Infineon Technologies?
In your new role you will :
- Play a key role in the development of digital controllers for DCDC converter applications
- Be responsible for all aspects of digital IC design, from platform architecture to RTL design and verification
- Manage a small to medium size digital design and verification team, providing direction, mentoring, and leadership
- Oversee physical design, backend implementation, timing closure and DFT flow
- Be responsible for resource pipeline balancing, projects staffing and team coordination
- Establish methodologies to ensure product quality and project execution

Wage Range that the Company expects to pay for a qualified candidate :
Minimum of $169,150 salary per year
Maximum of $218,900 salary per year
In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
