Senior Staff Engineer Firmware

We are currently seeking talented Senior Staff Engineer Software who wants to join a dynamic and experienced team and take their technical knowledge to the next level in our mission of excellence.

Job description :

Protocol Implementation :

• Design, develop, and implement support for Infineon's MCUs in the Zephyr Project environment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compatibility and interoperability of protocols with existing systems.

Write, test, and maintain high-quality code in C / C or similar programming languages.

Develop firmware and software solutions that meet performance,scalability, and reliability requirements.

Integrate Wi-Fi, Thread, or BLE technologies with IoT protocols for comprehensive connectivity solutions.

Work closely with hardware teams to ensure seamless integration andoptimal performance.

Analyze and optimize the performance of implemented protocols on MCUs.

Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance systemefficiency.

Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the development team.

Lead code reviews, design discussions, and technical meetings.

Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for developed software and protocols.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Contribute to project planning, timeline estimation, and resource allocation.

Collaborate with project managers to track progress and meet project milestones.
