Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:
Minimum of $260,880 salary per year
Maximum of $358,710 salary per year
In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
In your new role you will:
- Lead global software organization including architecture and product definition.
- Responsible for Software development tools including Modus Toolbox, software validation and verification.
- Responsible for the functional integration of the product software & firmware.
- Responsible for software contract review and negotiation in support of business opportunities. Identify industry trends and perform competitive analysis to better align our enablement solutions with the needs of our customers.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- 20 years of proven Software Engineering leadership experience.
- Able to provide leadership and direction through lower level Managers
- Has been accountable for the performance and results of a diverse, large, strategically important organization Can create, adapt and execute functional targets in alignment with business line / division plans
