In your new role you will :
- Support Power MOSFETs.
- Provide leadership to managers; may also provide leadership to supervisors and / or professional staff.
- Has accountability for the performance and results of multiple related units.
- Develops departmental plans, including business, production, operational and / or priorities.
- Control resources and policy formation in area of responsibility.
- Decisions are guided by resource availability and functional objectives.
- Looks beyond existing methodologies and own discipline to define and resolve complex problems.
- Develop plans and deliver results in fast-changing businesses and / or regulatory environments.
- Provide input to strategy -manages diverse teams of managers and / or senior professionals
- Technical interface to R&D and customers
- Support technical Go-to-Market activities
- Provide technical customer support on application and product level to secure design-ins.
- Market IFX products, brands and / or services.

Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate :
Minimum of $203,920 salary per year
Maximum of $280,390 salary per year
In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
